Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

Business Coaching services offered by Boomin University are extremely valuable. Expenses are covered to allow you to benefit from these valuable services at no cost to you! Coach availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Once a session is booked, coaches have reserved time in their schedule exclusively for you. Please review the following strictly enforced policies:

  • Tardy attendance reduces coaching time for up to 10 minutes. Being more than 10 minutes late is considered a No-Show and will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Business Owners who No-Show or Cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will forfeit that session, and will not have the opportunity to reschedule that lost session.

  • No-Shows will result in a business owner no longer being able to satisfy coaching requirement, which will impact their eligibility for future programs.

  • You may only reschedule a session prior to 24 hours before a scheduled session start time. Failure to reschedule 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session, will forfeit a session.

If an emergency prevents you from attending a session or you would like to ask for an exception please contact the Boomin Help Desk (see bottom right corner).

Zero-Tolerance Policy
Boomin University expects all participants to be professional and respectful in their interactions with coaches. This ensures a productive and positive environment for everyone involved. Ill-mannered behavior can result in losing coaching sessions or being removed from the program. We have zero-tolerance for rude, inappropriate, and discriminatory behavior to any member in the Boomin University/Black Business Boom community (participants, staff, guest speakers, etc.).

Technology Policy

Business Owners and Coaches must log in to all BBB sessions from a desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet connection in a distraction-free area.
